Akaal Singh Sidhu
Akaal was called to the Bar at Lincolns Inn in 2008 and is a member of a widely respected set of Barristers chambers in Birmingham where he accepts instruction across a wide range of disciplines but with particular emphasis on criminal, prosecution and defence work.
In August 2014 Akaal stood as the Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner Candidate of the West Midlands. That election was the biggest By-election in British politics. Akaal remains to be active in Local and National politics.
Akaal takes an active interest in Sikh political engagement and participation in the UK and supports the work of the Sikh Network and the Sikh Manifesto which has and continues to positively shape and represent the interest of Sikhs in British politics. Akaal has attended the launch and promotion of the Sikh Manifesto across the Country.
